• MOVE is a 5-day event that challenges and encourages High School students to become followers of Jesus and Kingdom Workers! (ciy.com/move)

Where?
• Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL

When?
• Monday – Saturday, July 6th – July 11th, 2026

How much?
• $470 (includes Christ In Youth’s Move Conference and Transportation)
• Plus $ for 3 fast-food meals
•  We will plan to have a fundraiser to help you pay for the trip!
• Scholarships are available for current 8th graders who pay for and attend OnMission

How to sign up?
• Sign up BY PAYING (registration opens in January!)

 • $160 Non-Refundable Deposit by Sun., Feb. 22nd.
• After Feb. 22nd, your registration will be dropped, and you will be required to register again and make your deposit upon reregistration.

 • Balance of $310 is due Sun., June 7th
• If final balance is not received by June 7th, there is another additional $35 Late Fee on top of the total cost
• Complete 2025-26 LCChurch Insurance and Liability Waiver and CIY Liability Form; both at LCCstudents.com/CIY

Sign Up Terms

Sign Up (By Paying) Guidelines

Three ways you can sign up (by paying)…

1.    You can sign up by paying with exact cash (sorry, no change available) or check written to LCC in person at the Student Info Desk on Sunday mornings or in the Church Office during the work week (M-F 8-12/1-5).

2.    You can sign up by paying with your credit or debit card online.

3.    You can sign up online and then pay in person at:
             -the Student Info Desk on Sunday mornings or
             -in the Church Office during the work week (M-F 8-12/1-5)
either choice must be with exact cash (sorry, no change available) or check written to LCC; however, your spot will only be saved for 5 days until you pay.

No more sign-ups allowed after Final Balance due date. All monies must be turned in before the trip date.

If you can’t make it on Sunday morning to the Student Info Desk in the Family Room, then you can stop in the Church Office during the work week, M-F 8-12/1-5, to sign up by paying (check written to LCC or exact cash please; sorry, no change available) or at youth group events to LCC’s Student Minister or Associates.

Cancelation Policy

No monies are refundable if a student cancels their registration within 6 weeks of trip date. All monies, minus the deposit can be refunded if canceled between the sign-up deadline and 6 weeks from trip. Money fundraised will not be refunded and will be handled according to LCC’s Procedures for Processing Payments Rules.

LCChurch Insurance and Liability Waiver 

We require an Insurance and Liability Waiver for every participant of our events in case of an emergency. The waiver is an online form that must be filled out every year. Students and Leaders only need to fill out one waiver for the entire school year, August to August. 

Waivers can be filled out at LCCstudents.com.

If you have already filled a waiver out for the year, you do not need to fill one out again. We will contact you to let you know whether we have your waiver for the school year after you sign up for the event by paying. 

CIY Liability Form

Christ In Youth conferences require that every participant fill out their Liability Form before attending their event. CIY will send us a link to the form once LCC registers for the event. The link will be at LCCstudents.com/CIY closer to time. We will inform you when the link is available. You will also receive a packing list/info letter in the mail that will give instructions about the form and other details closer to time.
